If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 25 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
Below are some examples of common exceptions.
- Discounted items over 30% off or more are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
- Email KirkandVess@gmail.com or DM @kirkandvess on Instagram with the product you would like to return.
- Affix your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided
- Return shipping fees will be subtracted from refund value
- Returns will be refunded back to original method of payment
• Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.
• The refund will be applied for the amount paid for the product. Refund will only be applied for the item, not for any shipping and handling charges.
• Only one coupon code per order.
